Law of patents

The book has a good selection of cases and helpful notes, however, the editing is very poor. Either Craig Nard does not know how to spell or just does not care about the content of his book or what he prints with his name on it.

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. The analysis following each case or set of cases is really very thorough and helpful.

My Patent Law Professor love this book. To be really honest, I really don't like it.
